a complimentary Functional Movement Screen will be conducted to pinpoint areas of strength and weaknesses in the body. The assessment is used to set up programs that will strengthen areas of weakness and imbalance that overtime will cause poor Training movementss and/or injury if left untreated.

Programs are designed using a functional approach to essentially mimic the physiological demands of everyday activities.  This approach helps clients to not only get stronger but to handle day to day activities  and/or  sports with increased flexibility, strength, and agility.

Functional programs can be sports specific. Programs can be designed to the specific needs of sport specific athlete performance, strength, and injury prevention.

Maintaining a functional approach to wellness, programs are set up to correct imbalances indicated in the FMS assessment and/or to help Alleviate and strengthen issues related to improper posture, balance, and total body coordination. Realigning the body with  proper stretching, foam rolling, and total body exercises. clients will move better, feel better, and be able to take training goals to the next level.
